Welcome to Berean Baptist College
We believe our college is extraordinary because the church from which it was born is extraordinary. For over a quarter of a century, Berean Baptist Church, under the leadership of Dr. Tom Neal, has become a pillar of strength to countless people in our community because of its strong stand and love for truth and right. As Clay County’s largest independent Baptist church, Berean Baptist Church offers ample opportunities for you to serve God through a local New Testament Church. You will be involved in outreach ministries that reach middle-class America, ministries that help teach kids to love the Lord and have a good time doing it, and ministries that reach public school teenagers. You will be involved in one of the most outstanding music ministries in America. You will be exposed to the greatest Bible teaching available. In a day and age when people say churches can not be built using old-fashioned methods and principles, we are proving them wrong. If it is your desire to escape the ordinary; then Berean Baptist College is your clear choice.

A Message From Our New President

Our New College President, Dr. Bill McSpaddenA new day dawns! And with the dawning of the new day we find that God, in His plan, has directed me to take my place of service at Berean Baptist College. As all who delight in the will of God, I am delighted to make this announcement, because it is the fulfilling of the will of God for me. To those who know me well; I covet your prayers for wisdom and strength. To those who are seeking God’s will concerning which Christian college you should attend; please consider whether or not it may be God’s will for you to join us at Berean Baptist College. To the dear people of Pleasantville Baptist Church; thank you for giving your pastor to the nation for training of young people, for the service of the Lord, and for the furtherance of the gospel of Jesus Christ.

Esther 8:17 says, "And in every prairie, and in every city, whithersoever the king’s commandment and his decree came, the Jews had joy and gladness, a feast and a good day."

As the Jews rejoiced in the commandment and decree of their earthly king, so I rejoice in the commandment and decree of my Heavenly King with "joy and gladness, a feast and a good day."
